Requests for exercises that will tighten and tone the bat wing/bra strap area have been trending in my inbox lately. I’ve made several upper body workouts before… and a video that explains how to target the bra bulge area. But, I’ve never made an upper body workout that targets both the triceps and bra strap back fat area. That’s what today’s episode of CCtv is all about.
See me share this crazy effective workout – that targets your upper body and will help you burn more fat, in less time, simply bouncing between exercises. (This is part 5 of the superset training series I started a few weeks ago…. There are links to the rest of the workouts from the series below) I really think you’re going to love it because it WORKS. (My back and shoulders are still sore from shooting this workout 2 days ago and I only did one round of each superset!)
How to do this Upper Body Workout
This superset workout combines back and arm exercises strategically, so you’ll ‘burn out’ the major muscles of your triceps, shoulders (deltoids) and upper/side back muscles (lats/latissimus) by your bra strap areas. Do each exercise (within the super set) 20 times each, bouncing between the 2. You’ll need to do each superset 3 times before moving on to the next round of superset of exercises. Finish all 3 supersets to complete your workout. I recommend doing this workout at least 2 times a week for the best results. I recommend working your entire body in one week. It’s best to do today’s upper body workout along with these other arm, upper body, lower body, and booty/thigh superset workouts.
